+ ​ ​Project Complition within the Programme Erasmus+

From 11.03.2022 to 11.02.2023, the Foundation "Institute for Digital Transformations", the ST Architekten GmbH, and the Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" implemented the project "Alliance for Adapting Bulgarian Architects to the German Architectural Services Market" with the financial support of the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union. Profiled curriculum and learning content were drawn up. 
Through this unique teaching material, two training courses were conducted with a total of 292 participants, of which 154 trainees received certificates after successfully passing the final exam. The main task for the realisation of the lessons was carried out by arch. Stoyan Todorov from the ST Architekten GmbH.

+​Project "Alliance for adaptation of Bulgarian architects to the German market for architectural services“

On March 11, 2022, the Foundation "Institute for Digital Transformations" in partnership with Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" started the implementation of a project "Alliance for adaptation of Bulgarian architects to the German market for architectural services ”№ КА210-VET-14 / 17-03-2022.

On July 30, 2020, an international project "German-Bulgarian Architectural Dialogue" was prepared and presented to the attention of the German Federal Cultural Foundation (Kulturstiftung des Bundes).

+ ​ National Working Group for Introduction of Building Information Modelling (BIM)

From 20.02.2020 arch., Dipl. Eng. Stoyan Todorov - Executive Director of "Institute for digital transformations ”and from 14.05.2020 B.Sc. business manager Ivan Markov - member of the Council of the Foundation become members of the National Working Group for the introduction of construction information modeling (BIM) for the entire life cycle of constructions at the Ministry of regional development and public works.

Objectives of the Foundation

· To assert the rule of law as a condition for economic prosperity and democratic governance.
· To actively participate in the development of national legislation guaranteeing the sustainable development of a transparent business environment and democratic governance. 
·  To work for strengthening the civil society, the private economic sector, and the democratic institutions in the country. 
·   To work to reduce the administrative burden on civil society and business and to digitise governance. 
· To encourage the initiation of perspective policies at local, regional, national, and transnational levels. 
· To support educational, research, inventive, innovative, and coordination activities. 
· To assist in the creation, acquisition, transfer, and dissemination of information, knowledge, skills, useful practices, experiences, and know-how in the fields of education, science, technology, arts, economics, management, ecology, tourism, spatial planning, architectural design, and construction. 
· To work for transparency in spatial planning, architectural design, and construction through digitalisation of processes; 
· To promote contacts and cooperation between people from different countries and cultures in the name of the common good, human rights, and universal values;  
· To stimulate the implementation of joint national and transnational projects in the fields of engineering, education, science, technology, architecture, arts, economics, management, ecology, and tourism; 
· To contribute to the construction and modernisation of information resources, material base, technological capacity, and capacity of experts for the achievement of the previous goals.

Activities of the Foundatios

· Initiates and develops project proposals and participates in the implementation of projects in the areas of its objectives, incl. transformational, educational, research, development, inventive, innovative, coordinating, and supporting objectives;
· Develops analyses, approaches, concepts, strategies, and roadmaps for implementation of specific policies for management of digitalisation processes in various fields;
· Organises and participates in public forums, incl. conferences, symposia, seminars, webinars, round tables, schools, and training courses;
·  Publishes brochures, newsletters, and other information materials in connection with its activities, including on analog and digital media and on the Internet; 
· Participates in profiled partnerships and networks in the areas of its objectives;
· Initiates promising policies at local, regional, national, and transnational levels; 
· Provides capacity, incl. tangible and intangible assets, expertise, and human resources in implementing initiatives to achieve its objectives.
